Compera Announces Partnership with Norges Bilbransjeforbund (NBF)
We are proud to announce that Compera has entered into a framework agreement with Norges Bilbransjeforbund (NBF), Norway’s trade association for the automotive industry.
Through the agreement, NBF’s approximately 1,700 member companies get access to Compera’s platform for VS reporting – EU’s new voluntary standard for sustainability data from smaller businesses.
The agreement comes as the EU has simplified sustainability reporting requirements, meaning far fewer companies will fall directly under CSRD. At the same time, large customers, banks and insurers will continue to request sustainability data from their suppliers and partners — a “trickle-down” effect that pushes reporting demands further down the value chain.Through Compera, NBF’s members can:
✅ Build and maintain their VS report once
✅ Share it with customers, banks and insurers — in a professional format or directly through the platform
✅ Collect sustainability data from their own suppliers
✅ Reuse the same structured documentation every time someone asks — instead of starting from scratch
We are proud to work with NBF to make sustainability reporting simpler for the automotive industry, and we look forward to developing this further together.
